How to Rent a Bounce House/Slide and others
Rates are not daily, the price you see on the product is for the entire window option chosen for Weekends and Weekdays.

Weekend - Drop off Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning
Pick up on Monday morning or afternoon.

Weekday - Drop off on Monday, mid afternoon and Pick up on Friday morning.

​Is there a contract for Renting your products? Yes, a rental contract will be emailed to you once you have chosen your products.

​​How do you care for the inflatables?
We ensure your children play in a clean, safe environment. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, sanitized, and inspected after each rental.
​
Where do you set up the bounce houses?
​We prefer and set up on soft surfaces and flat ground like grass. We provide the extension cords and items necessary to inflate the items like blowers and stakes. We do not supply water hoses to connect to the inflatables.
​​​Deposits/Charges
Your card will be charged a 25% deposit fee at booking and then the balance 48 hours from delivery.
Credit Card Information is kept 100% confidential and required for Rental Fee’s and Potential Damages. We also require a valid picture I.D. of the person authorizing this rental agreement. It can be emailed to us atberryfuninfaltables@gmail.com OR by text to 863.273.4908. Only your rental fee’s will be charged to your card and 48 hours before delivery date.

Refund and Cancellation
Due to the demand of these rental items, there are no refunds on cancellations made 48 hours from the rental period. A full refund will be provided to the renter if Berry Fun Inflatables fails to deliver or meet this agreement in any way. If for some reason the renter has to cancel, move or postpone their event due to situations out of their control, for example weather rental period will be discussed and offered.
Policies
​It is the responsibility of the person (or organization) hiring this inflatable/party equipment to ensure
that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the inflatable and/or
equipment.
The party holder should be aware of and attentive to the age, maturity and health conditions of any
and all children and/or teenagers that they give consent to using this/these inflatables and/or
equipment.
It is necessary that the following Safety Instructions are followed:

One or more responsible adults, 18 years of age or older, MUST supervise the use of these/this
inflatable or equipment at all times. This is the MOST IMPORTANT RULE.
2. Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed on or around the inflatable.
3. The products have a recommended age range/restriction, the responsible party must ensure that no person younger, or older, will use the equipment rented. Ask about the age limits and or restrictions for the rental you are inquiring about.
4. Absolutely no food, drinks, or chewing gum is allowed on or around the inflatables or equipment.
5. Shoes, flip flops, cleats, golf shoes, ect. Eye glasses, jewelry, badges, and any sharp objects that may
damage the inflatables or equipment must be removed prior to use.
6. No soap, oils, face paints, party poppers, fireworks including sparklers and party poppers, markers,
pens, pencils, silly string or similar items are allowed on or near the inflatables or equipment.
7. NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED ON OR NEAR THE INFLATABLES.
8. No barbeque grills, fire pits, or other similar items should be used on or near the inflatables or
equipment.
9. No climbing up, in or around the walls is permitted. All persons must use the designated entry and
exit points of each item rented.
10. No over crowding of the inflatables or equipment should be allowed. Renter must be attentive to the
stability of the inflatable and/or equipment. If the inflatable begins to show characteristics of it
deflating, individuals must be removed to correct this.
11. Small children and large children should not enjoy the inflatables/equipment at the same
12. Ample time should be given for an individual to enjoy the inflatable/equipment, especially the slides.
Absolutely no pushing, fighting, colliding or similar behavior is permitted.
13. Make sure that all individuals, especially children, are at a safe distance when inflating and/or
deflating the equipment. These items are heavy and could suffocate young children or adults.
14. No somersaults or acrobatics should be attempted on the inflatable and/or equipment.
15. In the event that the blower(s) stop working, make sure that all users get off the inflatables
immediately and calmly. If this occurs, check the fuses including outlets and breaker switches in the
home or location that the inflatable/equipment is plugged in to. If the blower(s) over heat and shut
off, flip them off at the main switch and allow 5-10 minutes for them to cool off before turning them
back on. If this does not work please contact us immediately.
16. Each inflatable and equipment rented should strictly be used in a way that it was safely designed to
enjoy.
17. Area chosen for inflatables should be in the grass and free of debris including water sprinkler, tree
limbs, twigs, animal waste and other harmful items. No inflatable will be placed under trees.
18. Inflatable CAN NOT BE RELOCATED by the renter once they are set up for use. These items are not be
moved. If wind gusts reach 15mph the unit(s) MUST be deflated and not used.
19. These items are not to be loaned, sub let or disposed of to other people and/or locations.​​​
